A Personalized Consensus Feedback Mechanism Based on Maximum Harmony Degree

This article proposes a framework of personalized feedback mechanism to help multiple inconsistent experts reach consensus in group decision making by allowing select different parameters according individual degree. The general harmony degree (GHD) is defined determine the before/after difference between original and revised opinions. It proved that GHD index monotonically decreasing with respect parameter, which means higher parameter values will result changes An optimization model built as objective function thresholds constraints, solution being advices keep balance (group aim) independence (individual aim). approach is, therefore, more reasonable than unpersonalized mechanisms are forced adopt generated only target without considering extent acceptable experts. Furthermore, following interesting theoretical results also proved: 1) guarantees increase level after implemented; 2) one; 3) generalizes one it latter particular type former. Finally, numerical example provided process corroborates these when comparing both approaches.
